Welcome to Sun Valley Elementary (SVE)!

Home of the Blazers!

Sun Valley was established in 1963 and was actually the second elementary in Southwest ISD. At Sun Valley we believe that all children deserve a safe and loving place to learn and grow to their full potential. The SVE staff strives to instill a sense of perseverance through the implementation of a growth mindset philosophy for all students. We have a dedicated staff and faculty committed to creating students who will be college and career ready upon graduation, with skills that allow them to be prepared in a world with an ever-changing future.
